Exchange Student Summer 2023: Looking to move in March 1st walking distance to FH Aachen!

Preferred move in date: March 1st 2023, or as soon as possible

Greetings, my name is Christiane Santisteban, and I am an exchange student from the United States. At the moment, I am completing my Bachelor's degree in International Business. In the summer semester of 2023, I will finish the last semester of my degree at FH Aachen in Aachen, which I am grateful for.
A few qualities I would describe myself with are happy, genuine, and adventure-driven. It is important to me to be approachable, communicative, and genuine. In addition, I place a high priority on being organized, respectful, cooperative, and considerate of others.
My professional experience includes working for an insurance broker company where I handled delicate and meticulous paperwork, customer service, and worked closely with sales producers to acquire leads. Other professional experience lies in working for the university in the International Student Department and for the Residence Halls. (If needed, I can provide a CV)
My leisure time is spent staying active and fit, socializing, discovering new places, and making new friends. In addition to that, I prefer to maintain a healthy balance between my social and personal lives.
My experience as a university student in the U.S. taught me how to live with roommates from all backgrounds. Moreover, I was hired by the University as a "resident assistant," which is someone whose responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of residents in the dorms. Personally, I was appointed to oversee the Freshman residence hall, which was a big job, but one that I enjoyed very much. Being responsible, respectful, clean, and understanding of how to handle conflict resolution situations is something I have learned through this experience. Should a letter of recommendation be needed, I am able to provide it from both past landlord and university residence hall officials.
Ideally, I would like to move into a shared or single flat apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and partially furnished and within walking distance from FH Aachen. Furthermore, I am looking for something that is affordable around 400 euros or fewer, preferably Lastly, I hope to have respectful and clean roommates who are willing to communicate when a problem occurs and work together to resolve it.
