Die Wohnung liegt im 3 Stock eines Einfamilienhauses welches dem Freiraum e.v gehört. Sie hat hat ein großes geräumiges Zimmer mit großen Fenstern zum Balkon und Dachfenster auf der anderem Seite. Küche und Bad sind direkt zugänglich aber voneinander seperat. Ein Eichen Dielen Boden bringt eine freundliche, warme und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in die Wohnung.
Das Haus liegt recht weit oben auf dem Alfterer Berg mit sehr weiter Sicht auf die Rheinebene und man hat es zu Fuß nur 10 min in den Kottenforst, wo tolle Spaziergänge möglich sind.
Man ist mit dem Fahhrad in 7 min am Johanneshof, campus 1 der Alanus Hochschule und braucht 15 min zu Fuß.
Örtlich gibt es 15 min zu Fuß, Edeka, Post, Ärtze Banken und Apotheken. Ein kleiner Bus fährt vom "Am Domplatz" täglich alle halbe Stunde zur Stadtbahn oder Regionalbahn nach Roißdorf.
Ich biete diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor allem an Sommergäste der Sommerakademie der Alanus an.
Am liebsten jemand der alle 2 Wochen gebucht hat.
Im 2 Stock wohnt Anna in einer Einzimmerwohnung, daneben wohnt Amra, (6 Jahre) Tochter von Verena die im Untergeschoss wohnt.
Wäsche waschen ist bei meiner Mitbewohnerin Anna auf Anfrage möglich.
