Eine ganz tolle 1,5 Zimmerwohnung - alles offen. Sie ist mit einer modernen Küche ausgestattet, nicht zu vergessen die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen eigenen Eingang.
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Bad mit Waschbecken und Dusche mit Fenster, seperar gibt es ein Gäste WC! Ist super praktisch.
Wenn gewollt, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Die Nachbarn und der Vermieter sind ganz nett und immer da, wenn man was braucht ;)
Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral. 3 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. 5 Geminuten zum Supermarkt. 3 Minuten zum Marktplatz. 10 Gehminuten zur FH.
10 Gehminuten findet man das Kurfürstenbad vor. Der Stadtgraben befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, richtig super, wenn man Sport in der Natur mag.
Wer Abends mal nicht kochen möchte, es befindet sich direkt ums Eck die Backopera, Pizzahäuschen, Backwerk usw.

Suche ganz dringend einen Nachmieter.
Bei interesse kann man den Hof auch anmieten und als ''Garten" nutzen.
