Ich biete eine voll möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Amberg. Das komplette Haus wurde Anfang des Jahres komplett neu renoviert. Ich bin der erste Bewohner nach der Renovierung und ziehe nur berufsbedingt aus. Die helle Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, wobei das Haus auch einen Aufzug hat. Im Erdgeschoss könnt ihr, gegen Münzeinwurf, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner nutzen.
Die Wohnung hat aufgrund der zentralen Lage leider keinen Balkon und Garten. Es befindet sich jedoch in direkte Nähe einen kleinen Park, den man super zum chillen nutzen kann.
Parken könnt ihr direkt vor der Haustür, direkt in der Innenstadt, dank der Möglichkeit eines Anwohnerparkausweises.
Auch sonst gibt es alles was man benötigt in direkter Laufnähe. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur 3 Laufminuten entfernt (Öffnungszeiten: bis 20 Uhr).
Ich möchte meine Möbel (außer Elektronik) in der Wohnung belassen, da ich ins Ausland ziehe. Ich setzte diese mal mit 900€ (u.a. neues Sofa, neuer Schreibtisch und hülsta Schränke) an. Hinsichtlich dem Preis lasse ich jedoch mit mir sprechen.
