Ich suche einen Nachmieter/Nachmieterin für eine 1-Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung ist etwa 20 qm groß, hat ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine Küchenzeile mit großer Herdplatte und Ofen. Außerdem ist eine Lüftung eingebaut. Im Keller findet man einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen Abstellraum. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Hof befindet sich ein überdachter Fahrradstellplatz.
Das Wohnhaus ist direkt neben der Hochschule. Deshalb braucht man höchstens 5 Minuten in den entlegensten Hörsaal. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man auf dem Marktplatz und in 17 Minuten am Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Norma, Real, Backshop) sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine bessere Lage wird man kaum finden können.
Der Nachmieter sollte ein Student/ eine Studentin sein. Das Apartment wird zum 1. Juli frei. Schreibt mir bei Interesse bitte auf Whatsapp oder ruft mich an. Ich bin normalerweise Nachmittags immer erreichbar. Einen Autostellplatz kann man sich mieten oder als Student kostenlos an der Hochschule parken. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und unkompliziert.
