Friendly law student looking for a calm place to live in Amsterdam

Hi! My name is Sophie, I'm 28 years old and a trained lawyer from Berlin, Germany. I'm going to be completing a one-year-master program in Amsterdam and I'm looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay. I would prefer a one-bedroom-flat, but I'm also open to flatshares or other living constellations. In my freetime I like to do sports (dance, running, gym) or get creative in some way (drawing, jewelry-making, sewing). I have lived abroad quiet a lot, so moving to a new city excites me.
