Beautiful 1 room apartment - peaceful area - 15 min. to Banhoff

Dear Apartment Seeker,

Apartment which I am currently renting will be free from 15th of June. (It can be rent either in June or from July) It is located in Damm district in Aschaffenburg in very peaceful area of small family houses near Aschaff river. Apartment has 41 square meters (1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony) 1 wall in living room is painted in black but you can paint it in white whenever you want or wish to do this. In living room there are some wadrobes which are part of the Apartment so you dont neet to bring yours. In the kitchen there are all the furniture you need (fridge included) as per attached photopgraph. The caution for this kitchen furniture is 500 euro which I have bought for the same money from the previous tenant.
