Ich vermiete mein kleines aber feines Studentenappartment im PKV vom 23.7 bis zum 28.11. Ab 1.8. wäre der Einzug auch möglich. Die 359€ ist die Warmmiete, inklusive WLAN. Die Wohnung hat 17 m² und bietet alles was man brauch: Kochnische, geräumiger Einbauschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und ein eigenes Bad sowie einen kleinen Balkon. Meine Möbel lasse ich dir da: also den Tisch mit Stühlen, einen Schuhregal, sowie ein kleines Regal im Bad. Die Deko kommt natürlich weg :)
Die Lage ist super. Einen Edeka gibt's nebenan. Einen Bäcker gibt's auch in nur 3 min zu erreichen. An der Hochschule bist du in 16min zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad hab ich so ca. 5min immer gebraucht. Zur Uni brauchst du mit den Öffis 15-20min, mit dem Fahrrad 8-10. In 5min bist du am Bahnhof Morellstr., in ca 10min beim Bahnhof Haunstetterstr. Die Buslinien 35 und 41 sind auch super nah (5/10min je nachdem welche Richtung du nimmst). Mit denen kommst du super durch Augsburg :)
