The highlight of the residential building is the roof café and roof terrace overlooking the Augsburg Old Town, the town hall and the Perlachturm! Between the Middle Lech and Oberen Graben, both the city centre of Augsburg can be reached on foot with many cultural possibilities and places to celebrate, eat and leave as well as the City Gallery.

Das Highlight des Wohngebäudes ist das Dachcafé und die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Augsburger Altstadt, das Rathaus und den Perlachturm! Zwischen Mittleren Lech und Oberen Graben ist sowohl die Augsburger Innenstadt mit vielen kulturellen Möglichkeiten und Orten zum Feiern, Essen und Ausgehen als auch die City Galerie für sämtliche Erledigungen fußläufig erreichbar.

The main idea of the rental house is to enable people with and without need for support to live in the best city centre position and to promote a lively coexistence of the tenants. Landlord*in is the Fritz-Felsenstein-Haus e.V. for people with physical disabilities.
The assistance service PAsst! has job offers on site (assistance for people with disabilities), e.g. on training ladders or mini-job basis and more.

Leitgedanke des Mietshauses ist es, Menschen mit und ohne Unterstützungsbedarf bezahlbares Wohnen in bester Innenstadtlage zu ermöglichen und dabei ein lebendiges Miteinander der Mieter*innen zu fördern. Vermieter*in ist das Fritz-Felsenstein-Haus e.V. für Menschen mit Körperbehinderungen.
Der Assistenzdienst PAsst! hat Jobangebote vor Ort (Assistenz für Menschen mit Behinderung), z B. auf Übungsleiter*innen- oder Minijobbasis und mehr.
