ich suche für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung einen Untermieter, da ich momentan kaum in der Wohnung bin. Dies wäre ab 01.05 bis zum 31.08 möglich. Sollte das nächste Semester ebenfalls online sein (was ich nicht hoffe) könnte das Mietverhältnis ggf. verlängert werden.
Vorhanden sind: eine EBK, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein 100x200m Bett und ein Kleiderschrank. Das Bad hat eine Dusche. Sie können alle Möbel wie im Bilden benutzen. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Fahrstuhl und Treppen zu erreichen. Es gibt gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschinen, welche mit Münzen benutzt werden kann.
Location
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Studenten-Appartement Anlage Studiosus, direkt neben der Lech Fluss. Man ist innerhalb
3 minuten an dem Tramhaltestelle und 15min in der Innenstadt.
