Hallo! Ich bin Doktorand und möchte ab Anfang April in Augsburg eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mieten. Mein Budget ist maximal 550 Euro Warmmiete pro Monat. Ich habe Stipendium (Voll). Wenn jemand irgendeines Angebot für mich hätte, würde ich gerne mit Ihnen einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
