After 4.5 years of WG life, I am now looking for a separate 1- to 2-room apartment in Augsburg.
My name is Sophia, I am 25 years old and currently working as an intern at ProSiebenSat.1. Recently, I completed my Bachelor's degree, and after my internship I plan to enter the professional life – as far as possible in connection with my own apartment.

I am a quiet, reliable and neat renter, non-smoking and without pets. The rent is secured by my salary, as well as by family support in the form of a guarantee, a fixed order is prospective.

You will find an apartment in a central location or with good access, preferably near the main railway station or Haunstetter Straße. Important to me are a small fitted kitchen (no kitchenette) and, if possible, a balcony.

A move would be from 01.08. possible, long-term living is desired.

nach 4,5 Jahren WG-Leben bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einer eigenen 1- bis 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Augsburg.
Ich heiße Sophia, bin 25 Jahre alt und derzeit als Praktikantin bei ProSiebenSat.1 tätig. Kürzlich habe ich meinen Bachelor abgeschlossen, und im Anschluss an mein Praktikum plane ich den Einstieg ins Berufsleben – möglichst in Verbindung mit einer eigenen Wohnung.

Ich bin eine ruhige, zuverlässige und ordentliche Mieterin, Nichtraucherin und ohne Haustiere. Die Miete ist durch mein Gehalt, sowie durch familiäre Unterstützung in Form einer Bürgschaft gesichert, eine Festanstellung ist in Aussicht.

Gesucht wird eine Wohnung in zentraler Lage oder mit guter Anbindung, bevorzugt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs oder der Haunstetter Straße. Wichtig sind mir eine kleine Einbauküche (keine Kitchenette) und, wenn möglich, ein Balkon.

Ein Einzug wäre ab 01.08. möglich, langfristiges Wohnen ist gewünscht.
