Ich suche eine Wohnung in Augsburg, da ich im Sommersemester dort ein Studium beginne.
Deshalb wäre ein Internet-Anschluss nicht schlecht (bzw. Telefonanschluss).
Ich bin nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, es sollte jedoch eine gute Anbindung an das Zentrum und zur Universität haben.
