Ich suche ab sofort eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Augsburg.
Die Warmmiete sollte 400€ nicht übersteigen.
Die Wohnung soll mein kleiner Ruhepol werden, an dem ich produktiv und kreativ sein kann.
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, Studentin, rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere. Neben meiner Arbeit als Werkstudentin gehe ich noch einer anderen Nebentätigkeit nach und kann bei Wunsch eine Elternbürgschaft vorweisen.
