Hallo mein zukünftiger Vermieter,
mein Name ist Nikolaus (22) und ich suche ab sofort eine 1 bis 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Augsburg mit Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof für die nächsten Jahre. Ich bin gewissenhaft und verlässlich, rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere.
Die Wohnung soll mind. 25 qm haben. Eine schöne Küche ist mir sehr wichtig, da ich gern koche, sowie ein (Tief-)Garagenstellplatz für mein Motorrad. Optional ist ein Balkon und ein Kellerabteil. Mein Bugdet liegt bei max. 600€ Warmmiete.
