Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gut geschnitten, in Zimmer, Flur und Abstellkammer ist Laminat, im Bad sind Fliesen. Sanierter Altbau, Zentralheizung in Nebenkosten enthalten, sehr schnelles Warmwasser im Bad, Stromkosten waren bei mir ca. 20-30 Euro. DSL-Anschluss ist verfügbar!

Lage der Wohnung:
Sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone!
Viele Parkplätze extra für Anwohner in der Kirchstraße, ruhige, malerische Seitenstraße der traumhaften Fußgängerzone von Aurich. Wohnung ist über dem Café Twardokus, was aber nie gestört hat (ruhiges Cafe). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind entsprechend der zentralen Lage sehr gut, kulturelle Angebote ebenso!

Wenn Du die Wohnung haben willst, brauchst Du:
a)Gehaltsnachweise der letzten 3 Monate... und
b) die Bereitschaft, 200 Euro für eine fast unbenutzte, neuwertige Waschmaschine zu bezahlen (Constructa CWF 10 A 12, hat noch fast 3 Jahre Garantie) Wir können evtl. aber noch verhandeln.
Komm erst einmal vorbei und schau Dir die Wohnung an! Anfrage am besten erst einmal per E-Mail, da ich oft draußen auf dem Lande unterwegs bin und dort schlechten Empfang habe!
