die Wohnung hat eine EBK, die durch eine Tür vom Schlaf/Wohnzimmer getrennt ist. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und Zugang zu einem Südbalkon(Loggia). Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner mit Geldeinfwurf und Fläche um seine Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Wohunung liegt in der Parallelstraße zur Fußgängerzone (LouisenStraße), man ist also in weniger als 1 Minute in der Stadt. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. S und U-Bahn-Anschluss nach Frankfurt.
Die Wohnung kann ab sofort besichtigt werden, und ist ab dem 01.08.2011 oder später frei.
