1 Bedroom Apartment (Bath + Kitchen Included)

I am looking for a 1 Person Studio-style apartment with a private kitchen & a private bathroom. It would be better if there were washing & drying machines available or there is a laundry nearby the place. A luxury would be if there was a balcony / terrace and I had access to it, even if it was for a certain period of the day. A must have would be both hot and cold water options in the shower. I can adjust with everything else but hot water is obligatory.

Ich suche ein Studio-Apartment für 1 Person mit eigener Küche und Bad. Es wäre besser, wenn es Waschmaschinen und Trockner gäbe oder es eine Wäscherei in der Nähe des Ortes gäbe. Ein Luxus wäre, wenn es einen Balkon/Terrasse gäbe, auf die ich auch dann zugreifen könnte, wenn es nur für eine bestimmte Tageszeit wäre. Ein Muss wäre die Möglichkeit, sowohl heißes als auch kaltes Wasser in der Dusche zu haben. Ich kann mich an alles andere anpassen, aber heißes Wasser ist obligatorisch.
