Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.
Das Wohnheim verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftsküche in welcher auch eine Waschmaschine & Trockner stehen welche kostenfrei benutzbar sind. Ebenfalls sind Kühlschränke und ein Gefrierschrank vorhanden.

Was den Parkplatz angeht dieser ist ebenfalls enthalten, das Wohnheim verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz mit Schranke.

Zur Lage lässt sich sagen dass das Wohnheim sehr schön am Kurpark gelegen ist und man zur Hochschule somit einen sehr schönen Weg welcher lediglich ca 10min. beträgt.
Ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Schwimmbad.
