Da ich zwei Monate in einer anderen Stadt ein Praktikum mache, wird mein Zimmer im coe-Wohnheim für diesen Zeitraum frei.
Das Zimmer (ca 16-18²) ist voll möbliert (Bett mit Matratze, Nachttisch, Bettkasten, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Schrank, Regal). Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Kochnische (inklusive Kühlschrank, zwei Kochplatten und Spüle) mit Esstisch und Stuhl. Eine große Küche mit Ofen usw. gibt es auf jedem Stockwerk. Außerdem hat man ein eigenes Bad.
Die Gesamtmiete pro Monat beträgt 302,40 €, die Kaution 300,00 €.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten vom Wohnheim entfernt, von da aus ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Außerdem gibt es viele Supermärkte in der Nähe.
Ansonsten haben wir im Wohnheim eine Dachterrasse, einen Fernsehraum und eine Bibliothek. Wäsche waschen kann man mit den Waschmaschinen im Keller und dort auch trocknen.
