Wir bieten ab September für 4 Monate unsere Einliegerwohnung in Barcelona an. Wir, sind eine kleine Familie, mit erwachsenen Kindern, die ebenfalls studieren. Ich, die Mutter bin Deutsche. Die Wohnung ist mini, aber mit eigener, sonniger Terrasse, mit Blick über die ganze Stadt bis zum Montjuic. Ruhig und sonnig. Eigenes Bad mit Dusche, Miniküche. Der Eingang ist geteilt mit unserer Familienwohnung im. 9. Stock. Wir haben mit Aufzug.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, in einer guten Wohngegend. Der Bus zum Zentrum fährt direkt um die Ecke los. Bis Francesc Macía sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss, bis Sants Hauptbahnhof 20 Minuten.
Nette Wohngegend, mit vielen kleinen Tapas Bars. Zentral, aber nicht turistisch.
Bäcker und Supermarkt gleich gegenüber.
Ruhig gelegen.

Wir geben Bettwäsche, Decken und Geschirr inklusive. Wohung für 1 Person, Student/in. Es ist eine schön renovierte Altbauwohnung, hell, mit Parkettboden. Heizung und Klimaanlage.
