I am taking a work vacation, so I am renting my Barcelona attic apartment with terrace in the center of Poblenou from March 14 - 31, with the possibility to extend the stay. Looking for very RESPONSIBLE people, professionals, small families and peaceful couples are welcome!

Welcome to the center of Poblenou in Barcelona! Located less than a block away from the nearest Metro station, is my top floor sunny attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator). It features a blooming garden terrace, complete with hammock!
The apartment is located on the third (top) floor, without elevator, but everyone seems to say the same: the stairs are every bit worth the terrace ;)
Inside, you will find a large kitchen/studio area that includes a sofa futon, a separate bedroom, a petit washroom, and a separate room that can be used as an office, wardrobe or nursery. Includes WiFi internet.

In just 10 minutes walking, you will find the beautiful Mar Bella beach. Mar Bella is a clean city-side beach with family-friendly areas, gay-friendly areas, nudist-friendly areas, a skatepark, piers and plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars)! Even closer is the popular Rambla Poblenou, which means shops, restaurants, tapas, bars and supermarkets galore!
In another 10 minutes by Metro, Tram or bicycle, you will arrive to the Gothic Quarters (Borne), Arc de Triumph and Park Ciutadella. In 5 more minutes on the metro line is Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia.
