Die Uni erreicht man mit dem Bus in nur 6 Minuten!
Die Innenstadt und mit ihr zahlreiche Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Supermärkte u. Ä. liegen vor der Haustür.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem studentischen Neubau, d.h. alle Mitbewohner sind Studenten (oder ggf. Azubis).
Ideal für:
-Erstis, die sich in ihrem ersten Semester erst einmal orientieren und Leute kennenlernen möchten, bevor sie in eine WG o.Ä. ziehen.
-andere Studenten, die unentschlossen sind und eine gewisse Zeit überbrücken wollen.
-Erasmus-Studenten
-und auch sonst für alle, die einmal in meinem schönen Apartment leben wollen 😅

You can also reach the beautiful city center with all the restaurants, bars and clubs as well as several supermarkets within 3-5 minutes by foot.
