da ich in eine WG ziehe wird mein 1-Zimmer-Apparment zum 1.3-.
frei.
Es handelt sich um ein Appartment im Studentenwohnheim Birken. Voraussetzung ist daher, dass du auch Student bist.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine kleine Terasse nach Süd-West.
Eigentlich ist die Wohnungsvergabe über einen Antrag an das Studentenwerk, wofür man aber schon sehr viel Glück haben muss.
Ich würde dich dann als neuen Nachmieter vorstellen und dann ist das kein Problem;-)
