In den 15,09m² befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, WC und Dusche, sowie eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Spüle sowie 2 Hängeschränke.
Abstellplätze für das Fahrrad gibt es sowohl vor dem Haupteingang aber auch in der Tiefgarage, dort sind die Fahrräder nur mit einem Schlüssel zugänglich.
Kostenlose Kfz-Stellplätze befinden sich ebenfalls in der Tiefgarage.
Im Haus befinden sich Münzwaschmaschinen- und trockner, ein Fitnessraum, Tischtennisraum und Räume zum gemeinsamen Lernen.

Ich würde gerne bis Mitte April dort wohnen, kann es theoretisch aber auch früher abgeben.
