Ich muss leider meine helle Einzelwohnung wegen des Praxissemester verlassen und suche dafür einen/e Nachmieter/in ab Anfang September.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Bayreuth. Sie ist sehr ruhig und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hofgarten entfernt.
In ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß kann man Rewe, Netto, dm, Tedi, Woolworth, Sparkasse, DHL-Store, Apotheke, verschiedene Bushaltestellen und weiteres erreichen. Die ZOH (ca. 10 Min.) und und HBF (15-17 Min.) sind weniger als 17 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber man kann sie mit dem Bus in noch kürzerer Zeit erreichen!
Die Wohnung kommt mit dem Kühlschrank und die Küche (siehe Bilder), aber der/die Nachmieter/in könnte dem Bett, der Matratze und dem Aufhänger kostenlos kriegen.
Die Miete beträgt 450€ mit den Gaskosten inklusive.
Rauchen und Haustiere sind verboten.

Unfortunately, I have to leave my bright single apartment because of the internship semester and I am looking for a new tenant from the beginning of September.
The apartment is located in the center of Bayreuth. It is very quiet and only 2 minutes walk from the Hofgarten.
In about 5 minutes walk you can reach Rewe, Netto, dm, Tedi, Woolworth, Sparkasse, DHL store, pharmacy, various bus stops and more. The ZOH (about 10 min) and and HBF (15-17 min) are less than 17 minutes walk away, but you can reach them by bus in even less time!
The apartment comes with the fridge and the kitchen (see pictures), but the next tenant could get the bed, mattress and hanger for free.
The rent is 450€ with the gas costs included.
Smoking and pets are prohibited.
