Da ich für 3 Monate in einer anderen Stadt arbeite vermiete ich meine Wohnung als Zwischenmiete.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum zentralen Busbahnhof und zur Innenstadt mit allen Bars, Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, daher auch eine recht hohe Kaution, die ihr aber sofort komplett zurück bekommt wenn in der Wohnung nach eurem Auszug alles in Ordnung ist.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit angrenzender offener Küche, Parkettboden, Balkon, komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kücheneinrichtung, Sofa etc.
Ihr könnt meinen Internetanschluß nutzen, jedoch würde ich den Anschluß für die 3 Monate aus Haftungsgründen auf euch umschreiben; der Anschluß umfasst Internet- und Telefonflat für 30 Euro im Monat.
