Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines 2011 komplett renovierten/umgebauten Altbaus. Sie verfügt über ein komfortables Bad (mit Dusche) und eine große Kochnische.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Möbel (Erwerb: 2011) zu übernehmen.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sowohl die Innenstadt als auch die Universität sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (Hofgarten 2min). Außerdem fährt in der Nähe des Hauses (Fußweg: 1min) der Bus in Richtung Universität ab. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Lidl,...)sind nur eine kurze Fahrrad-/Autofahrt eintfernt.
Da im ganzen Haus (1x 4er-WG, 7x Apartment) nur Studenten wohnen, ist der Wohlfühlfaktor sehr hoch. Ihr solltet vor allem kontaktfreudig und gesellig sein, ansonsten gibt es eigtl keine Voraussetzungen.
Bin ab Dienstag(24.07) bis Freitag (27.07) in Bayreuth (danach nicht mehr) und freue mich über Besichtigungen. Ruft mich einfach an oder schickt mir eine kurze Nachricht :)
