Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Einzimmerapartment in der Heinrich- Fickenscher-Straße 18. Die Wohnung ist super an die Innenstadt (5 min zu Fuß), die Uni (10 min Fahrrad) und den Hauptbahnhof (5 min zu Fuß) angebunden. Auch zum nächsten Bus sind es nur 2 Min Fußweg. Das Zimmer erstreckt sich zum Innenhof, was eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre schafft. Im Haus wohnen noch weitere Studenten und kleine Familien.
Zu dem Apartment gehört außerdem noch eine sehr moderne Einbauküche mit Zeranfeld und ein eigener Parkplatz (40Euro). Das Bad ist modern gestaltet und verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche und eine Lüftungsanlage, sodass sich dort keine Feuchtigkeit bildet.
Zudem befindet sich unten im Haus ein Gemeinschaftsraum und ein Waschraum, den ihr jederzeit nutzen könnt.
