Am Anfang der Fußgängerzone gelegen, so dass alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs zu Fuß erreicht werden können; ein Lebensmitteldiscounter ist nur 200m entfernt. Durch den Hofgarten erreicht man die Universität in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Rad.
