Da ich wegen der aktuellen Beschränkungen und die Corona-Krise nicht in den nächsten Tagen in Bayreuth sein kann, suche ich eine(n) Untermieter(in) für mein ruhige Apartment im Studentenwohnheim Adolph Kolping. Die Wohnung ist ca 20qm. Perfekt um gemütlich zu wohnen.
Wenn du einen Platz in Bayreuth brauchst, dann meldest du dir bei mir einfach.
Pflicht ist Studenten(in) der Uni sein.
Miete (warm) per Monat: 245€
Das Wohnheim liegt im Innenstadt und ist nur 5 Minuten entfern vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß.
Gute Busverbindungen zur Uni. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in nicht mal 15 Minuten an der Uni.
In der Nähe befindet man der Bank und eine Apotheke.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert wie bei jedem Wohnheim. Sogar wirst du eigenes Bad und Küchen haben.
Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Beim Quarantäne ist es eben besser und sicherer allein zu wohnen :)
(Der Preis entspricht dem ganzen Monat. Für mehrere Tage im Zimmer, ist der Preis verhandelbar.
