Hallo :),
ich gehe ab September für ein Semester ins Ausland und würde für den Zeitraum meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus mit Studentenappartements, ist ca 20 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus einem modernen Bad, einer Küche und einem weiteren Zimmer. Ich würde die Wohnung möbliert überlassen (ohne persönliche Sachen). Meine Schlafcouch würde ich aber raus nehmen und dafür das Bett, das vom Wohnheim bereitgestellt wird, hineinstellen, außer du möchtest dein eigenes Bett mitbringen.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Fahrradabstellplatz und sowohl Waschmaschinen, als auch ein Trockner stehen im Keller zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist super. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim nächsten Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten beim Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten. Falls man nicht mit dem Fahrrad fahren möchte, ist man auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 6 Minuten bei einer Bushaltestelle, von der aus ein Bus (braucht ca 3 Minuten) direkt zur Uni fährt.
