Schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung für 3 Monate/Untermiete

Hallo,
du bist zwischen Juli und Oktober in Bayreuth und suchst nach einer schönen und bezahlbaren Wohnmöglichkeit?
Dann bist du hier richtig!

Ich bin Alice, bin Masterstudentin der Anthropologie an der Uni Bayreuth und gehe für 3 Monate für einen Forschungsaufenthalt ins Ausland. Daher möchte ich meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung gern an eine vertrauenswürdige Person untermieten.
Die Wohnung ist hell, neuwertig und bereits vollmöbliert mit Küche, Bad, Schreibtisch, Bett usw. Gerne würde ich dir die Wohnung mit ein paar Dingen wie Pflanzen, Küchen- und Putzutensilien usw. überlassen. Du kannst auch gern mein Fahrrad benutzen.

Es kommen leider nur STUDENTEN als Untermieter in Frage, da die Wohnung Teil des Studentenwohnheims Röhrensee ist. Das Wohnheim liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtviertel, es sind 15 Minuten zur Uni Bayreuth sowie 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Bayreuther Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Rewe, Fuchs Bäcker und Netto 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Freibad Kreuzstein ist auch ganz in der Nähe und mein persönliches Highlight im Sommer.

Die Miete beträgt 295€ warm, und die Kaution liegt bei 350€.

I am looking to sublease my 1-room appartment for 3 months to a reliable student since I am going abroad for a research project for my Masters in Anthropology.
The appartment has a lot of light, is spacy, and has all the furniture you need (bed, table, chairs) as well as a bathroom and kitchen. I would also be happy to leave you useful things like cooking and cleaning utensils, plants and you can use my bike if you need it.
You have to have a STUDENT STATUS, since the appartment is part of the student residency Röhrensee.
It is located near the Röhrensee parc, 15min by foot from university and 20min from the city center. Supermarkets like Rewe or Netto, and bakery Fuchs are at 5min distance by foot. The open air swimming pool Kreustein is also very close and I highly recommend it for the summer season :)

The rent is 295€/month, and the bail is 350€.
