Gemütliche Wohnung, ideal für ein Studentenpaar / Cozy Apartment, Great for a Student Couple

Unsere Studienzeit neigt sich dem Ende zu, darum suchen wir Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung ab Mitte September.

Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Bayreuth Hammerstatt. (ca. 800 meter nordwestlich vom Hohenzollernring). Wir haben nette Nachbarn und einen Garten der mitbenutzt werden kann. Mit dem Fahrrad ist sind es weniger als 5 min ins Zentrum, zur Wilhelminenaue, Oberfrankenhalle und nicht mehr als 10 min zur Uni. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und einen Speicher, der als Lagerraum genutzt werden kann.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert: Für 350 EUR können die Möbel übernommen werden (grosse Couch, Esstisch, Küchentische, Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Waschmaschine sowie Küchenutensilien, Besteck, Besteck, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Staubsauger und alles was man sonst so gebrauchen kann)

We're a couple finishing our studies and leaving Bayreuth soon!

The apartment is at the top of a three-storey family building. Our two neighbours are very welcoming and kind. The shared garden is beautiful and the Wilhelminenaue park is only 5 minutes away. There is plenty of parking in the neighbourhood, and plenty of storage in both the attic and basement.

For 350 EUR, the furniture can be taken over. This includes a comfy couch, a dining table with four chairs, coffee table, kitchen tables, bed with two mattresses, desk with desk chair, and a washing machine for clothes (in the basement). It also includes smaller items such as a toaster, electric kettle, fan (necessary for the summer!), shelf, vacuum, and some cutlery.
