Hallo zusammen...
Da ich Bayreuth verlasse, ist meine Wohnung ab dem 16. Februar bezugsfrei. Die Einrichtung kann bei Bedarf abgekauft werden. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt inkl. NK (außer Internet) 300 Euro und ist daher sehr günstig. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Kellerabteil, der genügend Stauraum bietet.
Die Wohnung ist mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten von der Uni entfernt. Außerdem befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Getränkemarkt etc.
In der Miete ist ein Parkplatz enthalten, der gegebenenfalls auch vermietet werden kann. Am besten ihr hinterlasst mir eine Nachricht/Email mit eurer Nummer, ich rufe euch dann zurück.
