Meine schöne, helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung möchte ich hiermit untervermieten für den Sommer. Sie hat alles was man braucht - inklusive Balkon und Aufzug. Du musst also nicht täglich bis in den 4. Stock laufen. Außerdem ist es schön still, du kannst hier also richtig gut runterkommen.
Im Mietpreis ist bereits alles enthalten.
Fußläufig sind innerhalb von 3min beste Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu erreichen: Lidl, Dm, eine Bäckerei und Denn's Biomarkt.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 10min im Zentrum aber auch eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt ums Eck.
Von hier kann man außerdem wunderschöne Ausflüge ins Grüne machen. Die Wilhelminenaue ist nur 1km entfernt, mit dem Rad ist man in 10-15min bei der Eremitage und mit dem Auto fährt man eine dreiviertel Stunde und kann dann im schönen Fichtelgebirge oder auch der Fränkischen Schweiz wandern gehen.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und ein Fahrradkeller.
An alle Freund*innen des Festspiels: ich bin auch bereit die Wohnung nur für den August zu vermieten.
