Da ich mich im August nicht in Bayreuth aufhalten werde, biete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem sanierten Altbau zur Zwischenmiete an. In den Gesamtkosten von 340 € ist alles mit drin: Strom, Telefon- und Internetflatrate, Kabelfernsehen, Waschmaschine... Außerdem gibt es hinter dem Haus einen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Auf Wunsch stelle ich auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber man ist schnell im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe.
