Hello there!
I'm currently subletting my apartment *exclusively* to students of the University of Bayreuth until September 30th, with the possibility of extending the lease afterward. If you need a shorter rental period, we can discuss that as well. The apartment is located in the Am Tappert Student Dormitory (2 mins from the campus) and offers east-facing windows. The rental cost is 360 EUR per month includes all.
If you're a student at the University of Bayreuth and your friend is interested in renting this apartment, please let me know. I'm still able to sublet the apartment to you.
