Studentenapartment direkt am Campus

The situation could not be better. Located next to the Unicampus, this residential home is just 2 minutes from the next public transport, 1 minute to the Mensa and Audimax and 3 minutes to the Kreuzsteinbad. The bike is about 5 minutes to Rewe, Lidl and DM. To the city you drive 7 minutes by bike or by bus about 5 minutes.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das direkt neben dem Unicampus gelegene Wohnheim befindet sich nur 2 Minuten vom nächsten ÖPNV, 1 Minute zur Mensa und Audimax sowie 3 Minuten zum Kreuzsteinbad entfernt. Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 5 Minuten bis zu Rewe, Lidl und DM. In die Stadt fährt man 7 Minuten mit dem Rad oder mit dem Bus ca 5 Minuten.

There is a family and helpful climate in the dormitory. In addition to 3 washing machines and 2 dryers, the dormitory offers a table tennis room as well as a gym (hangels, stepper, bicycle, mats) and a study room with sofas, armchairs and tables on each floor. There is also a common chat group where you always keep up to date.
My room is oriented directly to the Uni-Highway, two large trees donate shadows during the day so that it is pleasantly cool in summer. It is also very quiet and you can learn well with open window.
The apartment is available from 01.06.2025 and is rented only to students of the University of Bayreuth (a registration certificate is required!).

Mattress, bathroom cabinet and grey curtains (Plissee) can be detached.

In dem Wohnheim herrscht ein familiäres und hilfsbereites Klima. Neben 3 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trocknern bietet das Wohnheim einen Tischtennisraum sowie ein Gym (Hanteln, Stepper, Fahrrad, Matten) und in jedem Stockwerk ein Studierzimmer mit Sofas, Sesseln und Tischen. Es gibt auch eine gemeinsame Chat-Gruppe in der man immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten wird.
Mein Zimmer ist direkt zum Uni-Highway ausgerichtet, zwei große Bäume spenden tagsüber Schatten, damit es auch im Sommer angenehm kühl ist. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig und man kann gut bei offenem Fenster lernen.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.06.2025 verfügbar und wird nur an Studierende der Uni Bayreuth vermietet (eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung ist erforderlich!).

Matratze, Badschrank und die grauen Vorhänge (Plissee) können abgelöst werden.
