Erdgeschoss Wohnung (zum Hof raus). Die Wohnung ist fast leer: Balkon, Küche, Duschbad vorhanden, Zur Austattung gehört ein Herd, Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, Garderobenschrank im Eingang, Gästebett, Teppich, Zentralheizung. (Kann wahrscheinlich noch das eine oder andere Möbelstück organieisieren) Keller hat auch noch Platz zum Zwischenlagern. KEIN Internet mehr aber Späti ggü hat 24std auf und "Internetcafé" mit drin und Bäcker nebenan hat Gast WLAN (bis 21Uhr).
Kreuzberg 36 . Nächster Bahnhof Görlitzer Bahnhof . Fast genau am Lausitzer Platz. Mehr muss man nicht sagen, denke ich.
In der Wohnung wird NICHT geraucht (es gibt einen Balkon). Es ist eine Partygegend - ganz klar- aber KEINE Partywohnung. Habe meinen Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine da drin. Ich erwarte eine Kaution von 500€ dafür. Mit "Dritten" (Übersetzern oder so) verhandele ich nicht. Entweder sprichst du einigermaßen deutsch. Oder sehr gut Englisch. Keine Lust auf Missverständisse wegen Sprache.
