Hallo ihr guten Menschen.
Ich ziehe um und suche einen Nach- oder Untermieter für meine Einzimmerwohnug in Adlershof.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es hier einen Kaisers, Rewe, Getränkemarkt und Norma.
Vor der Tür fährt die Straßenbahn zur S Spindlersfeld (2 Stationen), S Adlershof (2 Stationen) und dem HU Naturwissenschaftskampus inkl Bibliothek und Mensa (4 Stationen).
Die Nachbarn sind nett und ruhig. McFit ist auchnicht allzuweit weg.
Die Wohnung hat nen Flur, ein Zimmer, ne Küche mit Spüle und 4-Plattenbackröhrenherd und ein Bad mit Wanne.
Es ist ne ruhige Gegend, aber wem bspw zwitschernde Vögel schon zu laut sind kann sich drauf verlassen das die Fenster alle Arten von Geräuschen zuverlässig aussperren.
Ich könnte bei Bedarf so einige Möbel da lassen, so das ihr euch also nicht komplett um die Einreichtung kümmern müsstet, außer natürlich ihr wollt das gerne.
Die Wohnung ist quasi ab sofort, am liebsten ab August zu vergeben.
Soweit erstmal, bei Bedarf und Interesse beantworte ich natürlich gerne alle weiteren Fragen.
