Hi there,
I'm renting out my apartment for one month- from the 3rd of June until the 3rd of July.
It's a lovely alt-bau flat in Alt-Treptow, with a living room/bedroom and separate, sunny kitchen. It's 40 square meters, with a furnished balcony which also gets a lot of sun. The flat is fully furnished, with an oven, stove, kettle, toaster, small sofa, and fridge in the kitchen. There's a shower, sink, and hairdryer in the bathroom (unfortunately no bathtub!). The bedroom has a double bed, sofa, armchair, small desk, coffee table and rug. The neighbours are quiet and friendly.
I'm looking for one person or a couple who are trustworthy, quiet, and respectful.
(Unfortunately, the washing machine isn't working, so you'll need to go to a Waschsalon or a friend for all your washing needs.)
Ideally, I'd like to meet anyone who is interested in renting the apartment in person before agreeing to a sub-let.

The surrounding area is quiet and very green. The flat is close to the Landwehrkanal, as well as Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park. There are tons of nice cafes and restaurants on the street itself, too.
I'm afraid the washing machine is broken right now, so you'll need to go to the Waschsalon or to a friend to do your washing :)
