Hello,
I rent my 1-room apartment for the whole of August and September because I am traveling trough Germany.
Its also possible to rent the apartment only for August or September.
The apartment is located in the very green Kiez Baumschulenweg. In the apartment you will find everything you need to live. The room is bright and has a large window front. A washing machine is in the basement and can be used, you also could use my TV.
I use my Mobile Hotspot for internet, so i couldnt offer you internet access. However, you have good reception for Vodafone and Telekom hotspot (if you are customers there), with which streaming etc. is also possible. Otherwise, Internet sticks from Aldi, Lidl etc. and your Mobile Hotspot also run very well in the apartment.
The S-Bahn station Baumschulenweg is 5 minutes away on foot, so you have good transport links. You can reach Ostkreuz by public transport in 7 minutes, Warschauer Straße in 12 minutes, Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes. The Neukölln S-Bahn station is also only two stops away, you need 5 mins for going there.
The shopping situation is excellent. 3 minutes from the apartment there are Edeka (until midnight), Lidl (until 10 p.m.), pharmacies, snacks (kebab, pizzeria, Asian), Spätis and so on...
The monthly rent is 390 €
The deposit is 300 €, which you will get back after you move out.
Viewings for the apartment is possible tomorrow saturday (18.07.20) !

Hallo liebe Suchende,
ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung als Zwischenmiete für den ganzen August und September, da ich auf Reisen bin.
Die Wohnung kann auch nur für August oder September gemietet werden.
Die Monatliche Miete beträgt 390€.
Kaution beträgt 300€, die ihr wieder bekommt, wenn ihr ausgezogen seid.
Die Wohnung kann am kommenden Samstag, 18.07.2020 besichtigt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im sehr grünen Kiez Baumschulenweg. In der Wohnung findet man alles Wichtige, was zum Leben gebraucht wird. (Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, das Bad mit WC, Badewanne, Dusche). Schlafen könnt ihr in meinem großen Bett (140x200 cm).
Das Zimmer ist hell und hat eine große Fensterfront. Eine Waschmaschine und mehrere Wäscheständer stehen im Keller und können von Euch genutzt werden. Auch meinen Fernseher könnt ihr nutzen.
Die S-Bahn Station Baumschulenweg ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass ihr eine gute Verkehrsanbindung habt. Das Ostkreuz erreicht ihr mit den Öffis in 7 Minuten, Warschauer Straße in 12 Minuten, den Alexanderplatz in 20 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Neukölln ist nur zwei Stationen entfernt, ihr braucht 5 min dorthin.
Die Einkaufssituation ist hervorragend. 3 min von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es Edeka (bis Mitternacht), Lidl (bis 22 Uhr), Apothken, Imbisse (Döner, Pizzeria, Asiatisch), zwei Drogeriemärkte und sonst in der Straße noch diverse Banken (Sparkasse, Sparda Bank, Volksbank) Spätis, Friseure, Kioske, Kneipen etc.
Da ich selbst mein Handy als Internet-Zugang nutze, kann ich Euch leider keinen Internetzugang von mir anbieten. Allerdings habt ihr guten Empfang für Vodafone und Telekom-Hotspot (falls ihr dort Kunden seid), mit denen auch Streaming etc. möglich ist. Ansonsten laufen auch Internet-Sticks von Aldi, Lidl usw. sehr gut.
