Die Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum für jeden Menschen, der sich nach Ruhe und Geborgenheit inmitten des Trubels der Großstadt sehnt. Direkt unter dem Dach gelegen hat sie eine Dachterrasse, die an die Küche anschließt und einen Zugang zum Dach, von dem aus man über ganz Berlin blicken kann.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Bad, einer Küche mit Essbereich und gemütlichem Sessel sowie dem Schlaf-und Wohnbereich ausgestattet mit einem Bett 140x200cm und einem kleinen Sofa sowie einem Bereich mit Kissen und einem weichen Teppich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alle Geräte können mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen wunderschönen kleinen Details ausgestattet. Mir ist es daher sehr wichtig, dass der/ die Untermieter*in achtsam mit der Wohnung und den Gegenständen darin umgeht und die Wohnung zu schätzen weiß und sie mir im hervorragenden und sauberen Zustand zurück gibt.

WICHTIG:
1.) ICH HABE KEIN W-LAN IN DER WOHNUNG, DAS INTERNET KANN PROBLEMLOS ÜBER EINE HOTSPOT-FLATRATE BEZOGEN WERDEN (diese Kosten trägt der/die Untermieter*in selbst)
2.) KEINE PARTY IN DER WOHNUNG!
3.) HAUSTIERE SIND LEIDER NICHT ERLAUBT

The apartment is an absolute dream for anyone who yearns for peace and security in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the big city.Directly under the roof, it has a roof terrace that connects to the kitchen and an access to the roof, from which you can look over the whole of Berlin.The apartment consists of a small bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and comfortable armchair as well as the bedroom and living area equipped with a bed 140x200cm and a small sofa and a area with pillows and a soft carpet.The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances can be shared.The apartment is very lovingly furnished and equipped with many beautiful little details.It is therefore very important to me that the subtenant * deals with the apartment and the objects in it carefully and appreciates the apartment and gives it back to me in an excellent and clean condition.IMPORTANT: 1.) I DO NOT HAVE A W-LAN IN THE APARTMENT, THE INTERNET CAN BE RELEASED WITHOUT ANY HOTSPOT FLAT RATE (this cost is borne by the sub-tenant *) 2.) NO PARTY IN THE APARTMENT! 3.) PETS ARE SORRYLY NOT ALLOWED
