Great simple flat in Reuterkiez. It's my personal place so I care about it and ask that the subletter does also. Two weeks. 300 euro. No parties or loud music please. Have nice neighbours and would like respectful environment to continue :) photos on this ad are old, the flat is nicer now.

If you stay in the house I will request we make a simple contract that stipulates the rental period, deposit and that you will not torrent/file share via my internet in the house. I will ask for a photograph of your legal ID. I can also provide this from myself to you.
