Apartment for rent (until October) Wohnung zur Untermiete (bis Oktober)

I rent my apartment in the beautiful Kaskelkiez until 23.9.

The Kaskelkiez is a sweet, quiet residential area with a lot of old buildings and a lively pebble culture. There are small cafés, galleries and creative shops close to the apartment. Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn Station is a 3-minute walk away, from there is the nearest Ostkreuz station.

The apartment is unfurnished, but in the kitchen stand naturally sink and stove. When the windows are open, you can hear the S-Bahn, but you can hardly hear it when the windows are closed.

Der Kaskelkiez ist ein süßes, ruhiges Wohnviertel mit viel Altbauflair und einer lebendigen Kiezkultur. Es gibt in Laufnähe zur Wohnung kleine Cafés, Galerien und kreative Läden. Der S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz ist in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen, von dort aus ist die nächste Station Ostkreuz.

Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert, in der Küche stehen aber natürlich Spüle und Herd. Bei geöffneten Fenstern hört man die S-Bahn, bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber kaum noch.

Meldet euch bei Interesse gerne, um eine Besichtigung zu vereinbaren. Ein Einzug ist ab dem 1.6., spätestens zum 1.7. möglich.
