The apartment amounts to 32 sqare metres. It is divided into a living area with integrated cupboard bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. All rooms are fully equipped and there is a free 50 000 DSL internet (WLAN).

In the living-room you will find a double sofa bed, an armchair and a dining table with chairs. There is also a full hd tv with a blue ray player. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffeemaker, microwave with oven, kettle, pots, pans and crockery. Last but not least there is a hallway furnished with a wardrobe and a bathroom with wc, bath/shower and washhandbasin.

The apartment was completly rebuild in 2015 and is located on the fourth floor. The house dates from the fifties. There is no elevator.
Until the end of November construction work is being done because the house gets an additional floor. All work is done exclusively outside the apartment, so that the building is fully scaffolded. During the usual working hours noise pollution is possible. We apologize for potential irritations.
