Hallo,
ich fahre in den Urlaub und vermiete meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln unter.
Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt, die Wohnung liegt fußläufig 2 Minuten zu S- und U-Bahn Neukölln, es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Nase, vom Späti, Aldi, über den Asia Markt bis hin zum Bioladen. Außerdem habt ihr eine große Auswahl an Dönerläden und anderen leckeren Snacks. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhof liegt, ist es herrlich ruhig.
Sie ist komplett eingerichtet und kann so genutzt werden wie sie ist. Ich habe keine Waschmaschine, aber es gibt einen Waschsalon gleich nebenan.
Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist auch noch etwas verhandelbar, +/– ein paar Tage. Grob nenne ich das Datum vom 18. August 2019 bis zum 18. September 2019 .

Hello,
I am going for vacation so I am subletting my studio apartment in Neukölln for about a month.
There is everything available in the nearby surrounding. It's a 2-minute-walk to S- and U-Bahn Neukölln, there is a variety of supermarkets next door as well as many Dönerplaces and other snacks. The studio is located in the back courtyard and therefore it's very calm.
There is everything in the apartment you need to survive and you can use everything. Only thing: I don't have a washing machine but there is a laundry service next door.
The timeframe is roughly from August 18th 2019 until September 18th 2019 but I am also a bit flexible about that.
