Hello :)
Ich bin umgezogen und suche deshalb jetzt einen Untermieter. Die Wohnung ist eine großzügig geschnittene 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, die Möbel auf den Bildern sind zum größten Teil nicht mehr da. Küche (inkl. Kühlschrank und Herd) sowie Waschmaschine, Kleiderstange, Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, Vorhänge und Bett kann ich stellen, falls nötig. WLAN ist in der Miete schon mit drin.
Die Lage ist top! Die Haltestelle Jannowitzbrücke ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, genau wie der Alexanderplatz. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 15 min mit der Bahn und auch sonst ist das schnell zu erreichen.
Ein Netto ist direkt um die Ecke, genau wie das Alexa - also optimale Lage.
Schreibt mir gerne kurz wer ihr seid, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen (gerne auch per Skype oder Facetime).
Die Kaution ist nicht verhandelbar und wegen der Küche so hoch, die ich gerade erst gekauft habe und direkt im Anschluss weiter verkaufen will.
