I am subleting my apartment for 2 months that I will be away! 600 per month+ 300 deposit :)
It is perfectly located near Gesundbrunen station, shopping center very close by (2') , spati 1min walk, quiet, with garden view on ground floor. Excellent for one person.
The flat:
One space room with single bed, working space for PC or laptop, Microwave and 2 stoves available, fridge and freezer, fully equipped bathroom. It is a studio apartment in a large building for students, but you have full privacy.
Great communal area with quiet space, communal kitchen, small gym (closed as of now due to corona), outdoor ping pong tables, outdoor barbeque free to use, terrace on the top floor.
Comune washing machine and dryers that cost around 2 euros per use.
Food and beverage vending machines, and night security.
It is perfectly located near Gesundbrunen station with many S-Bahn lines (S1, S2, S25, S4, S8 and S85) and U-Bahn (U8 and U9) U9 is a bit further though.
Also, the area is served by tramways (lines M10, M13 and 50).
Shopping center very close by (2') with REWE, Aldi, dm inside
Spati 1min walk, Restaurants and Bakeries around.

I will need a tenant to rent it for the whole 1.5 months for 600 euros per month, and we can discuss about a kaution of 200 euros that will be returned IMMEDIATELLY when I check the apartment when you want to move out and given to your hands.
